Warranty Policy

This Photo Studio Box product is fully covered by our warranty policy, against defects in material and workmanship under normal use for one full year from the original date of purchase. Any and all material workmanship defect will be repaired or replaced at no cost to end users within the one year warranty period.

In order to keep this warranty in effect, the product must have been handled and used as prescribed in the instructions accompanying this warranty. This warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence.

We also have a 30 days refund or exchange policy.  Anytime within 30 days from receipt of our Photo Studio Box, you can return to us for exchange or refund (shipping charge cannot be refunded).  Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
